I love this strap, and I've ordered it three times.
It's certainly black, though it has a somewhat reddish nuance.

The strap is definitely brown and not black. Please update your description. Vintage brown still looks brown. Otherwise I love these straps and will be ordering more

The black strap is painted dark brown on the side of the strap and the stitching is brownish, so perhaps there is an optical illusion that makes it look brown. As we also uploaded the color comparison image on this product page, please check.
