Sorry to hear that you felt the strap looks brown color.
The black strap is painted dark brown on the side of the strap and the stitching is brownish, so perhaps there is an optical illusion that makes it look brown. As we also uploaded the color comparison image on this product page, please check.
In the unlikely event that you have mistakenly received brown when the color you ordered is black, please contact us. We will replace it as early as possible.
