TEMPESTI TEXAS Bends Leather Strap (Dark Brown)

This strap was created with the texture and construction of old leather belts in mind.
The texture and finish of the "TEXAS" leather used truly embodies the feel of vintage.

This wonderful leather has been given a more vintage look depending on the specifications.
The stitching is done with the finest 30 count thread, and the edges on the sides are not finished. They are left raw to give a more vintage feel.

Unlike French leather belts that go well with current watches and dressy outfits, we were looking for a rugged, more vintage feel, and that's how we arrived at Texas, made from Italian leather.
If you feel that the strap on your vintage watch doesn't quite fit, we highly recommend the new TEXAS, which has a more vintage look.

TEXAS is a single-butt vegetable tanned leather with hairline finish (straight buff finish) made by the Italian tanner TEMPESTI.
Hairline finishing is a process in which the material is polished in a fixed direction using a belt polisher, and is so named because it leaves a line of thin, hair-like lines.
We use single butt, a part of the cow that is packed with fiber and runs from the back to the buttocks. It is saturated with plenty of oil, giving it a chewy yet soft texture.
As the brushed surface is used, friction occurs, developing a unique luster and changing to a more tasteful color.
The same material is used for the lining, making it a luxurious, unmatched piece. It has a nice, solid feel, so please give it a try.
